• Investments Plan Elaboration Project for Lima Metropolitan Institute - PROTRANSPORTE and the Autonomous Authority of the Special Project of Electric Mass Transport System for Lima and Callao - AATEas decentralized public organisms in charge of the road transport runners as well as the urban train.
  
  
• Metropolitan Planning Institute - IMP as an entity in charge of organizing urban planning outlines for an organized city development.
  
  
• Municipal Toll Administration Company - EMAPE as a metropolitan privately-held company in charge of the road infrastructure improvement.
